Working with instant meetings
Note The features described in this topic are available only if your company has an IBM Lotus instant messaging (Sametime) server, and only for Windows versions of IBM Lotus Notes.

Instant meetings allow multiple people to chat with each other. Instant meetings occur immediately; they are best for small groups of people who need to meet quickly. Once an instant meeting starts, anyone can invite other online people to join the meeting.

Note Instant meetings in IBM Lotus Notes are chat only. For information on using the IBM Lotus instant messaging client (Sametime) to hold instant application-sharing meetings or online (scheduled) meetings, see Working with instant messaging.
