AUTOMATING TASKS USING SIMPLE AGENTS
To turn on scheduled agents
You can run scheduled agents when you start Notes. These agents allow Notes to automatically perform tasks you have scheduled, such as sending mail and moving documents into folders.

1. From the menu, choose File - Preferences - User Preferences.


2. Under Startup Options, select "Enable scheduled local agents," and click OK.
