Displaying the Instant Messaging Contact List
Note The features described in this topic are available only if your company has an IBM Lotus instant messaging (Sametime) server, and only for Windows versions of IBM Lotus Notes.

The Instant Messaging Contact List contains people with whom you want to have chat sessions on a regular basis. Even before you add any names to your Instant Contact List, you will see all the names in the current mail message's "From," "To," and "cc" fields at the top of the List. These names change depending on which mail message is active.

To display the Instant Contact List, do one of the following:


Tip To make the Instant Messaging Contact List take up less room on your screen without actually hiding it, resize the contact list window by moving the cursor over its title bar until it changes to a double arrow. Then click and drag the title bar down.
